Muscle Aches + Pain Bath Soak Magnesium 8 oz

 

This 8 oz bag of bath soak is ideal for managing muscle aches and pain. Arnica, a potent remedy used to treat inflammation, help with bruising, and exercise-related injuries, has been found to reduce pain, inflammation, and muscle damage when applied topically. Comfrey can reduce swelling and inflammation, while baking soda can reduce pain and tension; magnesium chloride helps relax muscles and facilitates magnesium absorption.

Caution: The oil may make bathtub slippery so please use caution when entering and leaving bathtub. Not safe for children or those breastfeeding/pregnant. Do not use on broken skin.

Bath Soak comes with organza bag. Place 1/2 cup of bath soak in organza bag and place in warm bath. Soak for 30 minutes.
