Sleepy Magnesium Bath Soak 8 oz

A 8 oz bag of Sleepy Magnesium Bath Soak is a luxurious blend of organic herbs, flowers, and essential oils. Himalayan pink salt is jam-packed with minerals like calcium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, and zinc. Magnesium is the second most abundant element in our bodies and is essential for the functioning of over 300 functions in the body. It's also a renowned muscle relaxant that can help reduce muscle pain, stress headaches, and tension – making it perfect for calming the body and mind. Sleepy Magnesium Bath Soak also contains essential oils that promote relaxation and better sleep.

Bath soak comes with an organza bag that can be used in the bathtub to prevent having to clean up flowers after bath. Place 1/2 cup in bag and place in warm bathtub. Soak for 30 minutes.
